5. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD. Unless specified otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once a significant portion of the course has been accessed. Where required by law, you may have a statutory cooling-off period.

6. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee exam results or employment outcomes. Courses are provided “as is” with reasonable care and skill.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
